McGovern Centennial Gardens & Children's Museum of Houston

This past weekend was pretty fulfilling; thanks to the Bank of America offers for card members with free admission to the museums and the zoo every first weekend of the month.

Saturday - The Houston Children's Museum & McGovern Centennial Gardens.

Saturday's was planned for the Children Museum. We arrived almost 45 minutes before the door opens so I wanted to stop by this place that we passed by countless of times, but never had a chance to visit. It is the McGovern Centennial Gardens, right in front of the Natural Science Museum and the Hermann Park. This place is like a treasure found in the middle of the City. We will definitely go back to visit.

The next stop, is the Children's Museum. I took didi to the infant play area while daddy and gege enjoy the rest of the museum. That's what happens when you have 2 kids, where 1 is much older and are not allowed to be in the infant play area.

Sunday is zoo day! While mommy waited in a long line, daddy took the boys to feed the pigeons and ducks. As usual, we can't missed the carousel ride.

This concluded our weekend.
