In celebrating our 5 years anniversary, we went to Las Vegas for Christmas. It has been one of the exciting, but a little exhausting trip to date. The long stretch of Vegas strip is roughly about 4 miles long so imagine strolling along with two small children. A lot of hard work, but we made it through 3 nights.
With that said, our Las Vegas experience is strictly family oriented and sightseeing experience for both grown-ups and children.
Asides from walking miles and miles, we also utilized Uber, Lyft, free shuttle and monorail as part of our transportation. Rental car is definitely not needed as traffic and parking can easily take up most of your time.

This hotel may not be as fancy (still pretty fancy for us) as other grand hotel on the strip you'll see in Vegas, but we purposely chose this hotel due to non-smoking/no casino facility. A suite type of room equipped with a King bed so may not be suitable for bigger family; however, it does have a queen-size sofa bed. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotel for family going to Vegas with children. It is so much less crowded and no smell whatsoever compared to the rest on the strip.
The Signature - Tower 2 is conveniently connected to the MGM Grand so getting to the strip isn't too bad. Passing through few moving walkways from the Signature to MGM Grand.

As a Gold member of M life Rewards, we have access to the buffet fast pass. This is probably one of the best perks especially during the holiday seasons when the buffet line can take up to hours. First timer tends to think Vegas has the best buffet and is a must-try when in Vegas, we are no exception. Had I have to pay $40 a person for such buffet, I would be pretty upset. The buffet we had does not worth anywhere closed to $40 a person.
