Summer 2021 Trip: Alabama, Florida and Louisiana

Okay, after all the fun, it's about time to go home. But, first we stopped at Chattanooga, Tennessee downtown for lunch and a walk at the Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge.
Next we went to Desoto State Park in Alabama. We went on trails first. We watched the waterfalls and we went down the stairs to have a better view. Then we went to see the top of the waterfall. It was super dirty! Then we went to another trail and this time we hiked in the forest. Then we went to a lake! You will never guess what we did there. We catched tadpoles!! We spent almost an hour catching tadpoles! We almost slipped down the waterfall!
Then it was time for dinner. We ate Thai food. So since our friends were going home the next day, we said good-bye to our friends. We weren’t going home so we went to a hotel to sleep.

So the next day we went to the Alabama State Capital at Montgomery. We didn’t have a good time there because we needed to go to the restroom and most places were closed.
So after we went to the restroom we drove all the way to Florida! When we got there we went to Pensacola, Florida and went to the beach. It was very beautiful! The water was so clear with white sand. We took a lot of pictures and we even took a picture with the big ball on the top of the sign! We played there and we tried to build a road for our boat but we couldn’t. Then we went in the water to play. We kicked the waves and we let the waves push us all the way to shore. Then we went in the showers and changed and we got in the car and ate dinner. Then we drove for two hours to Louisiana to sleep.
The next day we just drove for the whole day. But, in the morning mom bought us some donuts for the day. When it was lunch time we ate Cajun food at Prejean's restaurant near Lafayette, Louisiana. We ate fish, rice, soup, baked potato and noodles. So after we ate we drove back home for another four hours. And that was the end of the trip.
