Muffins with Mommy

Our teachers had planned a Mother's day event in advance and gave each mom a mini pot of flowers made especially by our dear children.  I like to keepsake with a picture as flowers wilt over time.



Gege decorated the pot and filled it with dirt from his playground.

What a nice words from this backdrop, "First My Mother, Forever My Friend." Can we really become our children's friend?  That is such a simple sweet saying; to me, a mother is always a mother and there will always be some sort of boundaries to fully become a friend of our children. We will see...



Didi painted the vase and planted with few artificial flowers.

Because both boys' class had the event at the same time, I had to split the time to half and half in order to presence at this nice "Muffins with Mommy" event for each one of them.
